Terms and Conditions
A. By submitting photos to River Reserve Eliquid for the art contest you confirm that for each photo submitted
1. You are the only author of your work and that it is your original work
2. You are the sole copyright holder
3. You have not licensed any rights in the work that will conflict with the usage rights required by River Reserve Eliquid
4. You have the permission of any persons in the work to grant the usage rights required by River Reserve Eliquid
5. You have permission from the owners of property shown in the work to grant the usage rights required by River Reserve Eliquid
6. That it does not include trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any other third person or entity
7. That it does not contain names, likenesses, or other characteristics identifying celebrities or other public figures, living or dead
8. You will be responsible for any claim made by any third party in respect of Your entry and to fully indemnify River Reserve Eliquid in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person or entity by reason of Your breaching any of the foregoing
Image Restrictions Summary
B. The Images we select for publication and use are at our sole discretion.
-River Reserve Eliquid will not knowingly accept the following:
1. Images depicting persons that are identifiable.
2. Images depicting other companies in the same industry.
3. Copyrighted material.
4. Images that contain elements that are unlawful or that we may not lawfully use or publish.
5. Images that contain your name or nickname, any other symbol or device that identifies you to others, or a copyright legend.
6. Images that contain personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information.
7. Any anti-copying devices, tracking devices, computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
Usage Rights
C. By entering this contest you agree that any winning or short-listed/finalist images you submit may be used by River Reserve Eliquid for labeling, marketing, and promotional purposes.
1. You hereby grant River Reserve Eliquid an exclusive, irrevocable, unlimited rights and royalty free licence, in each Entry for the uses described above
2. We retain the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions. Your continued submission of Images to us constitutes your acceptance of all modified Terms and Conditions.
3. We may edit your Images and User Information in our sole discretion for suitability, brevity, clarity, grammar, compliance with our rules and any other purpose we deem appropriate.
By entering this contest, you are granting River Reserve Eliquid the unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, communicate, modify and display the works (in whole or in part) for any purpose without any fee or other form of compensation, and without further notification or permission.
By submitting your entree, you agree to the above mentioned license agreement for any artwork selected as the winner and understand that we have the option, but not the obligation, to use the image that you submit to us. You must be of legal vaping age in your area to qualify.
